After initially opening a clinic specializing in gastroenterology, the doctor realized the importance of community healthcare, so now operates as a local personal primary care physician with close ties to the community. The clinic director is an all-rounder offering a wide variety of medical care as a primary care physician, being qualified in a number of disciplines, such as “personal physician” and “general internist” by the Japan Medical Association.

As doctors, we must constantly strive to sincerely provide comprehensive and continuous support to our patients to fulfil our responsibilities as personal physicians who have earned their trust.
We ensure fulsome communication with our patients during their diagnosis, so that they can consult with us about anything at any time. The treatment objectives are also shared with the patients.
Patients can always rely on the support of a team of local physicians. We will select the optimum way to support our patients, such as via home healthcare and online medical examinations.
We promote the digitalization of our medical services, to ensure patient access to medical care with the utmost safety, security and efficiency. We utilize our medical data to efficiently prevent illness and improve health amongst our community.
We respect the wishes of the patients, and work with the family to support the patient's ability to enjoy their lifestyle with dignity.
We provide vaccinations and health checks, health consultations to patients and their families, and introductions to appropriate medical care as needed.
We fulfil our role under the community-based integrated care system, including issuing primary doctor's opinions for patients.

For patients who have difficulty visiting the clinic
We also offer scheduled house calls to provide home healthcare.
We provide general internal medical diagnoses and therapy, with a specialization in gastroenterology. We also provide an initial diagnosis and remedy to the extent possible, even for conditions outside our specializations.
